About Kaiva Upleja

In my three year experience in Public Relations as a Project Manager and PR specialist, I understood that being a bridge between customers and the media, preparing all kinds of written materials, organizing events, managing social media accounts and much more brings me so much joy and energy in my life, as long as a clear line is drawn between work and private life. One of my favorite projects was two 7 m long tree planting in Riga City Center together with many stakeholders involved. A lot of things went differently than planned because that's what happens in life, but at the end of the day it was great and that was reflected in media publicity - we gained around 60 publications in our target media - TV, radio, printed press and internet portals. I have worked with a lot of great clients such as programmers school Codelex, Datakom, Mežpils alus, Carlsberg, Vizulo and others. Enjoyed working with the Estonian Occupation Museum Vabamu together with our colleagues in Lithuania and Estonia. Also have almost four years of experience working in e-commerce where I did everything there was - starting from communication with customers, order processing, office management, writing product descriptions, bullet points and keywords, image processing in Adobe Photoshop, etc. I am a result-oriented personality with a high sense of responsibility. I quickly learn new information and in stressful situations I can react quickly and adapt.
