About Kaiy Smith-Biesman

As college graduate from Chapman University with Bachelors in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing, Management and Entrepreneurship and an immense desire to excel, I am seeking to align myself with a firm positioned for strong growth. I thrive on challenges and am willing to spend the time and effort to do whatever it takes to succeed. Through my experience I have become incredibly skilled at problem solving and building ideas from the ground up. At Chapman University I was the co-founder of the Argyros Marketing Society and served as the President as well as the Vice President of Fundraising, Activities and Altruism and am currently an Alumni Consultant. In addition, I have also successfully planned and executed varies charity events and activities through work and school, which has taught me patience and how to work well with others. In addition, at Littler, I started as a part-time office service clerk. Upon graduating, I was offered a full-time position in May 2011 and by October 2011 I was promoted to a Litigation Case Clerk in addition to my role as an Office Service Clerk. Four months later I was promoted to the Records Department and was assigned a project that they believed would take approximately 6 month. I completed this project in less than 6 weeks due to my immense ability to organize and work efficiently. Having been promoted two times in less than a year it shows my determination, hard work and ability to work in a fast-paced environment and succeed. I currently hold a position at LMS Electric as their Service Coordination Manager.
