I am currently a full time Customer Support Specialist at Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University’s (FAMU) Box Office. I use my heart for service to assist students, faculty, staff and customers with their inquiries and issues. I have experience in chat, phone, and email support, as well as claims resolution and customer relations. I am dedicated to exceeding all expectations and providing excellent service in every interaction. I am also a Production and Content Manager, where I leverage my creativity, communication, studiousness and marketing skills to create and manage engaging and relevant content for various platforms and audiences. I have experience ranging from religious organization content creation to brand development and production for a food review youtuber. My range of experiences help me understand the needs and preferences of different groups and individuals. I am a strong, yet flexible leader who can work with diverse teams and adapt to changing situations. I aim to have a career that permits for creative freedom while also providing opportunities to develop new skills along the way. My goal is to create spaces where people can rest, create, and thrive personally and professionally while staying honest and true to themselves.
