Background

About Kajun S.

Cybersecurity and network engineering professional with seven years of experience spanning federal infrastructure operations, compliance implementation, and government contracting environments. My background sits at the intersection of hands-on technical work and regulatory frameworks — I've managed mixed Linux and Windows environments inside federal agencies, led NIST 800-53 control implementation toward FISMA ATO approvals, supported Assessment & Authorization activities, and operated as a technical point of contact for cross-agency initiatives. On the network side, I currently operate at the Tier 3 core engineering level on federal infrastructure, handling escalated network operations, firewall change management, and active cutover work on one of the largest federal network modernization efforts currently underway.Outside of my primary role, I founded Rampart Cyber, a compliance advisory practice focused on helping small and mid-size government contractors navigate CMMC, NIST, and FAR requirements.I hold a B.S. in Cybersecurity and Network Administration and am currently pursuing CISSP certification. I'm open to network engineering, cybersecurity, and federal IT roles where technical depth and compliance experience are both valued.
