About Kalanithi Muthu

Effective teaching & training depends on the driving forces (with a passion) that ensure the success and deliverance to make things happen. Besides creativity, professionalism, and being result-oriented, the ability to think out of the box plays an important criterion in this. I strongly believe that my personality, accomplishments, and my keen desire for challenges will be what any organization is seeking in a competent employee. Currently, I’m attached as a Lecturer in Sunway College Malaysia, whereby I am teaching the Victoria University program for undergraduate students. I deliver Business Challenge & Management subjects. I have experience conducting research and presenting at international conferences. I’m also a member of the Society of Interdisciplinary Business Research (SIBR). I have industry work experience as a Marketing Executive in Royal Selangor International, which is the largest pewter manufacturer and retail company in the world. As part of a lean marketing team, I was assigned to develop market analysis, marketing strategies, and oversee all the retail outlets, mainly in merchandising and marketing support. I also have work experience from TNT Express Worldwide, holding the same position as Marketing Executive. With this company, I've gained regional & national exposure by delivering marketing presentations in-country management meetings. Apart from that, I’m a qualified trainer as I’ve completed Train the Trainer program with PSMB.
