I am a calculated and self-reflecting individual. I approach each situation with the mindset of “how to make this more efficient”. I have over 8 years’ experience in roles that require extensive communication, project management and leadership skills. I understand that there is a time to lead and a time to follow. My career goal is to be a part of and perhaps lead a team, that works towards excellence regardless of diversity or limitations. With a vast knowledge of data management and accumulated people skills, I bring a highly adaptable and open-minded member to whatever team will have me. To reach past management goals, I have written an operational guidebook, developed countless data trackers and slide presentations as well as created entirely new accountability processes. Every task I undertake, is done with an absolute commitment to those around me and whatever our goal may be.
