About Kaleb Young

As the Sr Manager Growth and Operations at Operation Underground Railroad (O.U.R.), I leverage my event management expertise and passion for social impact to create awareness and generate donations for the organization's mission of combating human trafficking and transforming lives. I have successfully planned and executed large-scale events with thousands of attendees, creating meaningful experiences that resonate with our audience and partners. I have also forged and nurtured strategic partnerships with prominent brands, influencers, and media outlets, leveraging the organization's compelling narrative and values as potent assets. Through my creative marketing and on-site activations, I have consistently made waves at events attended by tens of thousands and generated millions of social media impressions. My event management skills are rooted in my education background as a Bachelor of Education graduate from Southern Utah University, where I learned how to design and deliver engaging and effective learning experiences for diverse populations and backgrounds. I have also applied my educational skills as a science teacher and an instructional coach at Jordan School District, where I developed and implemented innovative curriculum and assessment strategies, and as a head coach at O.U.R, where I trained and mentored volunteers and staff. I am driven by the belief that health and wellness can have a positive impact on people's lives and the world. I am always eager to learn new ways to improve my skills and expand my knowledge, and I enjoy collaborating with others who share my vision and values.
