Projects: • The core responsibilities involve managing the Projects as well as Maintenance • Upon award, formulate a complete project schedule. Document the entire process including the responsibilities of every team member at the stages required. • Allocate responsibilities to all team members including Engineers, Technicians and Workmen with a specific target for every individual to achieve the completion in the designed time frame • Ensure every aspect of the project plan is right on track and the resource allocated is being efficiently utilized • Ensure that the complete team, at every site, is working together to achieve the set goals • Ensure that the team adheres to the expected quality levels of implementation Pre-Sales: • Upon requst from the sales team, allocate the right resource for proper site surveys • Once receiving the report convert the received information to a formal Bill of Quantities and forward it to the sales team for further action. In times, estimate the complete project value for further action • Also, liase with the clients and perform site surveys in case the required systems are complex and need special professional and experienced attention Maintenance: • Ensure that all clients for maintenance are registered onto the log and the Corrective and Preventive maintenance schedule is updated • Allocate the required resource to the client based on the calls received and as per the Preventive Maintenance schedule • Ensure that the given job is completed within the scheduled/ time frame requested by the client or agreed otherwise • Liase with the clients for a periodic assessment of services and ensure that necessary actions on the feedback received Value Addition: • Organize timely training for the project team to keep them update with the current technological advancements • Generate sales leads through known clients and forward it to the sales department
