About Kaleigh Jacobson

As a supervisor at The Metropolitan Museum of Art, I oversee daily frontline operations while providing high-quality customer experience, including identifying resolutions to escalated issues. I have more than five years of experience in the retail and art industry, where I have developed and implemented operational procedures and policies for the art gallery in the store, resulting in efficient inventory tracking and increased sales. I also manage and oversee events in the store and art gallery, where I leverage my B.A. in Fine Arts and my artistic skills to assist customers with their projects and answer their questions. I am passionate about creating and promoting a culture of creativity, learning, and appreciation for art. I enjoy working with a diverse and talented team of associates, whom I coach and mentor to motivate them and reduce turnover. I am looking for an opportunity to bring my supportive, intelligent, and creative solutions to your company.
