Joining Wiley Bros-Aintree Capital, now & Partners, as a client service associate, I’ve navigated various roles in operations and compliance. My compliance role is multi-dimensional, focusing on developing processes that adapt to evolving markets and regulations. It is my belief that communication and collaboration are pivotal in building an effective compliance culture. Working closely with leadership, advisors, and the team, I educate on compliance regulations and ensure an understanding of responsibilities.
