About Kaley Ross

I have worked in multiple job positions. I began working my senior year in high school. I was a cheerleading coach at a local gym. I instructed the athletes on how to preform skills safely and helped keep all athletes focused and motivated. I have also worked as a receptionist at a local doctors office. I assisted patients with any questions and helped them make appointments. I have worked at UF Health Shands for going on 3 years. During my time at Shands I was nominated for the Nightingale Award for the facilitator of the year. My co-workers nominated me for this award for outstanding customer service. People who win this award are known for going above and beyond for patients and customers. I have also worked at a non- profit organization called One More Child. During my time here I became proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. I also learned how to do expense reports and how to efficiently and accurately track volunteer hours.
