Having gained experience in successfully spearheading marketing initiatives and demonstrating operational excellence, she joyfully brings her insights to a teams collaborative efforts. Podcasting & Entertainment: As the co-host of Amuse My Bouche and formerly the Ordinary Girl Podcast, as well as a writing assistant on Amazon Prime's "Tell Me Your Secrets," Kaley continues to refine her skills in content creation and storytelling in entertainment. Philanthropy & Global Impact: Recognized in publications like CNN, Kaley founded Students Hearts for Haiti during her high school freshman year, raising in nine months, resulting in the construction of the first school campus in Haiti after the devastating 2010 earthquake. This initiative, still healthily running today, includes a medical facility, clean water well, daily meals, & an alternative income program for the women of the community. Operational Excellence: Her professional journey includes roles such as Operations Director of Guild Investment Management and, most recently, Director of Leasing for Aspire Properties Real Estate in Chicago. These experiences have equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of business operations, strategic development, and financial management.
