About Kali Brown

Active SECRET Clearance I’m a strategic, people-first Sr. Business Analyst, Scrum Master, and Project Lead with 6+ years of experience turning complexity into clarity across Agile, Project Management, and DevOps environments. Whether I’m gathering requirements, optimizing workflows, facilitating discovery sessions, or supporting integrations, I bring a gift for asking the right questions and connecting the dots. What are my secret weapons, you ask? A mix of sharp instincts, a little bit of humor and a ton of OneNote notebooks. I thrive at the intersection of business and technology, and I love translating vision into action. Guiding teams through software development lifecycles, removing roadblocks, and making sure everyone’s moving toward the same goal. My collaborative style is grounded in empathy, which helps me build trust, connect with stakeholders, and keep things moving forward with purpose. Agile ceremonies? They should be fun and effective. Delivery pipelines? They should be smooth. Data? It should tell a story. I want to deliver outcomes that matter with clarity, integrity, and a little bit of fun along the way.
