About Kali Coll

After years of working for a wide variety of large companies and enterprises, I made the decision to go back to school to pursue a Bachelor of Arts degree at Western University in London, ON. With the decision to go back to school, I also made a huge career change and left my role at the YMCA of Southwestern Ontario and joined TD Canada Trust. Throughout my 7 years with TD I have held 7 different positions. From 2021- 2022 I held the position of Team Manager where I was responsible for a group of 15+ front line contact center agents. In this role I was responsible for meeting both monthly and quarterly KPI's, provide coaching and feedback, monitoring for risk and compliance as well as lead projects/ initiatives within the business. I am proud to say that I not only exceeded my KPI's but actively worked with new Team Managers to share best practices and strategies. Following my time as a Team Manager, I stepped into the role of Manager, Customer Engagement and Exceptions. In this role, I acted as a liaison across multiple business to provide process and procedural exceptions for the credit card product group. Additionally, my team actively sought out opportunities for colleague education and enhancements through identifying key trends and spikes while working with multi disciplinary teams to implement change. Recently, I have transitioned into the loyalty and partnership space within Canadian Personal Banking at TD. In my new role I support the Amazon Co-Brand credit card and Amazon Shop with Points program as the Amazon Relationship Manager I love what I do and being a subject matter expert within TD Credit Cards has been an incredible journey so far.
