I thrive in the space between executive vision and operational execution. I help big ideas meet the systems and processes that bring them to life. Over the past 8 years, I've supported C-suite leaders across government and private sector organizations, managing a range of initiatives from Treasury Board briefings to cross-departmental projects worth millions. My favourite part is taking the operational complexity off executives' plates so they can focus on what drives growth. At the Ontario Public Service, I managed calendars and priorities for two Assistant Deputy Ministers simultaneously while coordinating confidential briefings and supervising support staff. This taught me to anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and stay calm when the stakes are high. During my time at Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment, I supported seven senior directors while leading financial administration and vendor management for the IT department. I created systems for invoice processing and purchase orders that improved efficiency across departments. My government experience gave me a deep appreciation for process documentation and stakeholder management. I've written SOPs, implemented tracking systems, and coordinated across multiple ministries. I know how to build the infrastructure that supports sustainable growth. I'm energized by solving problems before they become fires. Whether it's coordinating a last-minute executive briefing or implementing a new vendor management system, I find satisfaction in creating order from complexity.
