Hi, I’m Kali Davis — a customer service-focused professional with a strong track record in student housing and property management. With over 7 years of experience in customer-facing roles and nearly 3 years in student housing operations, I’ve built a career centered on delivering exceptional resident experiences, driving occupancy, and managing high-volume leasing operations. Currently, I serve as a Community Manager at Asset Living, one of the largest third-party property management firms in the U.S. My role involves overseeing day-to-day property operations, managing leasing strategies, resolving resident concerns, and leading on-site teams to ensure smooth, efficient, and friendly service.
