About Kali Falnes

I’ve always believed that if we want to support people, we have to understand them first. I realized I was most energized at work when I was administering structured interviews and assessments as part of a large-scale research study. I was in the zone. I was focused, curious, and fully engaged. That moment helped me realize that what I love most is using data and assessment tools to better understand human behavior and support smarter, more empathetic decisions. Since then, I’ve built a foundation in research, mental health, and data-driven assessment. I’ve coordinated federally funded studies, designed and analyzed surveys, and developed tools that help measure things like stress, burnout, and leadership potential. I’m especially skilled at organizing complex information, recognizing patterns, and balancing detail with human insight. I’m now looking for opportunities in psychometrics where I can keep contributing to meaningful projects. I look for teams that value accuracy, empathy, and impact.
