In my current role as an employee centred in treatment and healthcare, and my past roles in administration and customer service, I have improved and developed many skills. I have gained experience in detailed reporting and data entry. I possess the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly. I have developed the ability to intervene in a crisis and handle conflict easily while maintaining a positive attitude. I have gained experience communicating effectively with diverse groups of people. I have proven to be able to multitask and thrive through stressful situations. I am able to successfully complete tasks and accomplish goals whether it be individually or as a member of a team. I am ambitious in my drive to gain further experience and education in my field of interest, as well as apply what I have been educated in.
