About Kalpana Devi

As a Global Sourcing Specialist at Thales, I leverage my French language skills and sourcing expertise to recruit talent for various roles and projects across the organization. I work with the HR department and the talent acquisition team to identify, attract, and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter,Workday, Indeed, Phenom and other digital tools. Working closely with the Global HR teams, to identify, engage and attract talent and support resourcing demand for France, UK, Australia and Middle East Sifting,sourcing, longlisting, Recruiting, Interview Scheduling are the major tasks i am working on as Sourcing Specialist. I have a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Sri Manakula Vinayagar Engineering College, where I developed my technical and analytical skills. I also hold a certification in French from Le Triomph Institute, which enables me to communicate effectively with international stakeholders and clients. I am passionate about learning new languages and cultures, and I am open to new opportunities and challenges in the French process.
