In my current role as a Collateral Control Specialist II, I leverage my skills in loan servicing and notary to perform various tasks related to collateral control. I receive and review titles ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. I evaluate the current process and resource materials, and recommend updates or improvements to enhance the workflow and performance when needed. Additionally, I have served on process improvement team and team moral committee with in my department.
