Quality Inspection of Pipe Laying. Coil MTC review as per API 5L 43rd edition & customer Specification. Coil UT as per ASTM A578 Level B for body & Level C for edges. WPS/PQR/WPQ – ASME SEC IX / API 5L APPENDIX – C Weld Procedure. SAW & Repair welds as per approved WPS. Continuous tack welds as per approved WPS. Witnessing of real time Radiography (FLUOROSCOPY) & Manual UT. Hydro test witness. Final Auto Ultrasonic Testing (FUT) and Manual UT witness of helical weld Seam as per API 5L. Radiographic interpretation of Pipes as per API 5L and customer specification. Mechanical testing, Chemical testing, Documentation. Visual & Dimensional Inspection, Review of NDT Reports and Final clearance.
