I also manage the payroll and compensation, prepare SOPs for various departments, assist in the performance management process, and review and update the employee rules and regulations.With a Master of Business Administration degree in HR from AURO University of Hospitality and Management, I have developed skills in policy development, training and development, employee counseling, and orientation. I have also gained valuable experience in campus recruitment, data management, and HRIS from my previous roles at TOUCHLABS, Larsen & Toubro, and Aviyana Ventures.
