Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working in two key roles: as a general administrative professional and as an HR generalist.In my administrative journey, I’ve managed a wide range of responsibilities—from coordinating projects and handling office logistics to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. I truly enjoy bringing structure, organization, and efficiency into workplaces, and I’ve always been passionate about creating streamlined processes that save both time and resources.On the HR side, my focus has been on building positive and collaborative work environments. I’ve led employee engagement initiatives, supported professional development, and introduced programs that not only enhance skill sets but also boost overall satisfaction at work. My belief is simple: when people feel valued, they thrive—and so does the organization.I began my career as an administrative assistant and today I serve as a Senior Manager in Admin and HR. Along the way, I’ve completed my Masters at the University of Colombo & Charted qualification in Human Resource Management at CIPM, and I also bring skills in counselling and psychotherapy, which help me support teams with empathy and understanding.My personal motto is to love my neighbor as myself. Whether at work or in daily life, I try to treat others with kindness and respect—and even something as small as a smile can make a difference.Beyond my profession, I love playing the piano, baking, experimenting with new recipes, and traveling. I’m also actively involved in community organizations where I use my skills to give back and contribute to meaningful causes.For me, there’s always more to learn, more to give, and more to achieve—both for my profession and for society.
