A young, reliable individual who enjoys working in a team and loves exploring my creative side through instructional design and developing training content. I enjoy working with passionate people who are innovative and encourage me to do better each day. I’m known to be quite consistent, to pay attention to detail and to communicate effectively. I’m task-driven, love working towards goals and am deadline driven as well. I have been privileged to gain experience in both skills development and training development. I have worked with learnerships and dabbled with the WRSETA website to register employees for various training programs on there. I’ve developed and created training content to ensure a smooth learning process for anyone, as well as worked with a learning management system to administer training assessments via the online platform.
