About Kamelia Moncheva

I have more than 11 years experience in IT Industry taking different roles in the areas of channel partners business; product and service management and people management. I had exposure to a multicultural environment and have been working with international teams as implementing and improving processes, building teams, leading business transitions and achieving corporate goals and operational KPIs, managing employees’ workload and personal performance, mentoring and coaching, leading feedback conversations on regular basis, organizing high-budget corporate events. With more than 5 years in people management, I have experience in implementing new roles as transferring them from European countries to Bulgaria. Management of change and transformation are areas in which during the last 3 years I have gained lots of experience. With the outsourcing of the foundation / break-fix HPE delivery business to a 3rd party company, I needed to transform my whole team consisting of country product service managers and to implement a new role which to support end to end delivery readiness in European GEOs. My latest role as a people manager for European GEOs Delivery Readiness is the next step I have taken in managing a team accountable for HPE new product and new services introductions in European GEOs and assuring delivery readiness there. As a side activity in the company I’m leading HPE Women at Work Employee Bulgaria Employee Resource Group. My role as a chair of this organization is to Increase VoW result in categories: Inclusion & Diversity and Employee Engagement for Sofia Site. Together with the management board we are working on new innovative programs in FY20 to cover Sofia Site employee’s needs: focus on external partnerships and advertising HPE as an Employer of Choice Some of the programs which are running under our leadership are: A Year in Stories; Recharge Program for Returning Employees; Female Talent Event. Together with Council of Women in Business in Bulgaria NGO we launched aimed to support female talents in different companies in Bulgaria called Incredible YOU and won 1st place award in the category Investment in Human Capital by Bulgarian Business Leaders Forum. As another great milestone in my career I consider my award for 2019 HPE Womens Excellence Awards. In my personal life I am married with two kids.
