Hi, I’m Kameron. I work at the intersection of business and tech, helping organisations make sense of complexity and turn good ideas into practical, working solutions. Most of my time is spent translating business needs and delivering high-quality IT advisory services. My background spans business analysis, enterprise architecture, digital innovation, and IT strategy, with a strong focus on the public sector. I’ve worked with state and federal agencies to deliver digital transformation initiatives that are thoughtful, human-centred, and built to last. What drives me is curiosity — understanding how people, processes, and systems fit together (and where they don’t). I’m not afraid to challenge assumptions, ask better questions, and dig into the “why” behind the work. Outside of delivery, I care deeply about culture and capability. I’ve led professional development initiatives across APJ, mentored early-career consultants, and helped build spaces where people feel supported to grow and experiment.
