About Kameron Pyant

I obtained my BA in English with a Creative Writing track, December 2021; as well as I published my first book "In Spite The Storm Volume One" on October 8th, 2021. I have spent years developing my intuition. in which I translate my being through community engagement and advocation, mentorships, leadership conferences, various types of writing and any other avenue for un-compromised creativity – which all reside on the line of offering this world a piece of humanity; one day after another. I was employed with the SMSU - Cross Cultural Center at CSU - San Bernardino, where we organized and created events and processes for underrepresented students; we emphasized, invoked awareness and community participation upon a plethora of communities and cultures; all while organizing and implementing substantial events and relationships. Fall 2016-Spring 2021- Student Assistant - Pan African Center Student Lead Currently I am developing other books and curating my website where I will display various ideas and intricate views of the world through a marginalized lens; I am certain that I and others know that there must be more accountability within many fields, businesses, and communities – and that much more must be taken into account, respected, and highlighted. Indulging in Student African American Brotherhood, the Black Student Union, the National Conference of Race and Ethnicity, the National Student Leadership Diversity Convention, Social Justice Summits and various other conferences allowed me to gain a greater perspective of who I can be for the communities I occupy. I aspire to inspire and represent those who look like me in a world that constantly denies them; and I will do so with a sound mind and superior intellect – knowing build and assist various communities, create un-compromised avenues, establish substantial initiatives and programs; and the list can only evolve from this point.
