About Kameron Schofield

In my youth I spent most of my time either at practice, at school or at work with my parents. My mother was an assistant to a chiropractor in Roswell, GA during my primary years. There, that I developed a passion for learning more about the human body. I learned a great deal about how Chiropractics is administered, and I also observed how my mother helped manage the office. This curiosity combined with my ability to run quickly landed me a humble scholarship at Georgia Tech for Track & Field. Originally, I came to GT to study Biology, but after some exposer to other curriculums I soon turned my attention towards multimedia. Although strikingly different than biology, media has always been a process I am passionate about. I care about what your favorite movie is, and I about care how it influences the way you think. I find literature, media & communications to be crucial in the way we understand the world around us so I apply it to every opportunity I can. During my time at Geogia Tech, I competed on the track and cross-country team, I worked with my family and their small business, I directed a short film, and I also spent a year working in the Athletic Association in their Public Relations office. As a young professional I want to sharpen my skills and become an asset to an industry that reflects my goals.
