I’m a passionate and results-driven software engineer with over 14 years of experience specializing in Java technologies. Currently, I work at Sopra Banking Software, where I contribute to the development of a comprehensive banking product that handles mortgages, savings, and current accounts. As a leader of a dynamic team of 25 developers, I collaborate with a larger global team of over 100 professionals across India and abroad. Our project utilizes a variety of technologies to deliver a complete banking solution, with my primary focus on the Java-based components. My role spans the entire software development lifecycle, from gathering requirements and estimating effort to designing solutions, leading development, and overseeing deployment and troubleshooting—ensuring that each phase is executed seamlessly. Additionally, I work on server troubleshooting, software deployment, upgrades, and addressing vulnerabilities to ensure the security and stability of our product. With a focus on technical excellence, I am committed to delivering secure, scalable, and high-quality banking solutions while driving continuous improvement across all stages of the development process.
