About Kami Archibald

I began my journey over 20 years ago as a recreation therapist, where I developed and implemented programs in community health centers, school districts, summer camps, and various non-profit organizations. This foundational experience ignited my passion for community engagement and the importance of fostering a healthy environment. As my career progressed, I established my own consulting business, where I focused on assisting clients with fundraising, training, and development initiatives. This role allowed me to deepen my understanding of organizational growth and sustainability, while also sharing my expertise as a professor at Salt Lake Community College (SLCC). Over the last 10 years, my focus has shifted toward development, where I’ve dedicated my efforts to advocating for the preservation of our natural landscapes and promoting conservation initiatives. Currently, I am proud to work with Teton Regional Land Trust, where I contribute to protecting the vital ecosystems and agricultural lands of our region. Through my work, I remain committed to fostering community support and ensuring the long-term sustainability of the beautiful landscapes we cherish.
