As a Senior Application Support Engineer at Wells Fargo, I have over 20 years of experience in information technology, engineering, support, and technical documentation. I have advanced skills in WebSphere, Linux, Apache, and JBoss, to name a few. My mission is to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of web and application servers in an enterprise environment, while adhering to the highest standards of quality and security. I have a proven track record of successfully testing, resolving, and documenting complex technical issues, executing code deployment releases, and participating in disaster recovery testing and execution. I also take ownership of issues and provide timely and effective solutions to internal and external customers at all levels. In addition, I design, develop, and modify internal procedures and documentation for best practices and continuous improvement. I am a team player who can adapt to new concepts and systems quickly, and who values communication, collaboration, and customer satisfaction.
