About Kamil Drzystek

I work in despatch and logistics, managing warehouse operations, stock control, transport planning and customer communication across the supply chain. I coordinate both on-site and third-party storage, ensure KPI delivery, maintain Health & Safety compliance and oversee training records, working hours and team performance.I enjoy solving operational problems, working cross-functionally with planners and partners, and improving processes that make the workflow smoother for everyone. My background includes stock takes, inbound/outbound supervision, Navision ERP, CHEP pallet account management, KPI reporting and transport booking. I’m comfortable leading teams, talking to customers about shortages or concessions, and keeping things under control behind the scenes.Currently looking to continue my career in logistics and despatch management within a forward-thinking warehouse or manufacturing environment.
