I am experienced Project Manager with a demonstrated history of working in IT services industry. Skilled in Negotiation, Risk Management, Team & Project Management. I am also a strong operations professional with a Postgraduate studies focused in Project Management from Banking School in Toruń and MBA from Łazarski University in Warsaw. Worked with giants such as Amazon, Microsoft, Dell or HP. Responsible for implementation of processes from logistic area, finance, through repair services, quality, engineering, cybersecurity, R&D, to operations. Responsible for innovation and transformation projects and new technology usage in the company. New Client Introduction, strategic idea implementation, significant process or product change, re-layout or KPI improvement plan - those are some of the project goals I have managed to deliver. From small (3-5 team members) to big (more than 30). From local to international. From short (1 month) to long term ones (more than a year). In a project I see my role as someone who meets customer (also internal) expectations and place it in to the company environment, as smoothly as it is possible. It's also important to coordinate communication between customer and project team. In a service I focus on managing resources to meet operational targets. Within more than 15 years of experience in the industry, I had a lot of chances to compare very different business environments and models. That is why I consider myself a person who knows how to build strong partnership with all stakeholders and build adequate strategies for business. I love to learn new things & never want to be bored. As change is the only certainty in business, Manager can never be bored at work. That's why I am very passionate about my job.
