Looking after welding processes like GMAW, GTAW & SMAW for different countries job. As a Welding Supervisor of Canadian Welding Bureau and International Welding Technologist (IWT), I provide training and coaching to welders and Fitters as and when required. Maintaining records of welding processes as per client requirement. Prepare WPS & PQR as per requirement of standards and qualify welders accordingly. Guide to welders for preparing WPS and welder qualification test taken by Bureau Veritas for Australia and USA projects, Canadian Welding Bureau for Canada projects & TUV-Nord for European projects. I am an auditee of surveillance and certification audit conducted by TUV nord of EN ISO 1090-1 and 3834-2. I am working on Robotic Welding Systems. Doing analysis of Production, Productivity, OEE, KAIZEN activity. Maintenance break down is being measured by different tools like MTBF and MTTR. Strictly follow Preventive Maintenance schedule for all installed machines. Coordinate with planner to prepare planning as per project priority, to maintain targeted WIP and to reduce scrap/wastage with proper allocation of material. Looking after procurement of critical spares of CNC and Conventional machines from Local market as well as from abroad with different approved vendors.
