As a Senior Engineering Manager at KALSOFT, I lead and coordinate engineering projects and supervise multiple teams in the research and development of new products, providing innovative and cost-effective engineering solutions to meet technical objectives and timelines. I have over six years of experience in software development, project management, and product development, with various certifications from Microsoft in SQL Server.NET Framework, and HTML5. I am passionate about delivering high-quality software solutions that solve real-world problems and add value to our clients and users. Some of the products and systems that I have contributed to or led the development of include warehouse management system, inventory management, CRM, hub and spoke model, and mobile apps for bookers. I also build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, work with leadership, and drive development teams for continuous improvement and innovation.
