I began my professional career as an Intern at 3C Technology Solutions in 2015.Interning during the summer, and going to College at Ohio Northern University for Computer Science.I started out mass configuring/imaging windows desktops, troubleshooting general hardware issues for printers/scanners/personal computers.Soon after I asked to go Full Time, I was given the title Windows Desktop Technician, I did mostly Field Service work.Was tasked with going to Client offices and troubleshoot hardware/software issues onsite.I would also troubleshoot Networks that were down due to various issues (Power/Network).I was in the field for about 3 months before being asked to be on the Helpdesk Team.Retained the Title of Tier 1 Helpdesk Technician for about 2 Years.Was tasked with being able to troubleshoot general hardware/network/software issues over the phone with our clients by remoting into their computers.I became fluent with various Dental/X-ray Imaging software such as:EaglesoftDentrixOpen DentalDexisCarestream ImagingApteryx ImagingAs well as other software such as:Quickbooks After 2 years I was promoted to Tier 2 Helpdesk Technician.I am responsible for everything I have stated prior for Tier 1, as well as taking escalated calls from my T1 Helpdesk techs.
