Since 2011 as a senior in high school I have been in the retail industry. From day one of employment I realized that I had a hidden love/passion for the fashion world as well as customer service. Over the last few years I have grown in experience and have advanced within companies at a young age. The level of training I have received from my employers has been the backbone of my success. In which I have learned a variety of knowledge attached to retail, such as; sideway selling, suggestive selling, handling/processing shipment, tracking hourly success of store performance, working as a supervisor/manager, delegating tasks and training other employees. I also believe in making every customer experience personal, by listening to uncover all there needs, wants, and concerns within the store as well as company knowledge. With the experience I possess, my goal is to continue on a career path that would lead to a life long success whether it be in retail or any other industry that will mold me into more of a leader and diligent worker I know that I can be.
