When I start a new job, I want to learn everything—what we do, how we do it, and how we can do it better. I believe the details matter, so I focus on being precise and thorough in my work. I build strong relationships by keeping open lines of communication with my teammates and colleagues in different roles. Understanding their perspectives helps me collaborate more effectively and balance the needs of both the company and the customer. As I gain experience, I focus on making a bigger impact. At HCL Technologies, my efforts were recognized when I was promoted to Team Lead, where I mentored teammates and helped improve team performance. I enjoy creating a positive work environment where people feel motivated, supported, and appreciated. I believe that fresh ideas can come from anywhere, and I always give credit where it’s due. My journey took a big step forward when I joined Comcast, a global leader in telecommunications and media. Moving from a leadership role to an individual contributor position was both challenging and eye-opening. It gave me a deeper understanding of how managers think and what it takes to drive a team’s success. Working in a large-scale, fast-paced environment pushed me to learn new technologies, take on more responsibilities, and constantly improve. Right now, I just completed Postgraduate Diploma in DevOps for Cloud Computing at Lambton College, Toronto, and I’m actively looking for full-time opportunities where I can apply my skills and grow.
