About Kanak Kiran

My story is about a little girl who wanted to make a positive impact in the society and learnt IAS before ABCD.Being immensely influenced by my grand father who was a bureaucrat, my childhood was spent in dreaming about IAS (Indian Administrative Service). I put my heart and soul into shaping my dream and qualified UPSC Mains three times. But the Universe had a better plan for me.which I can understand now, connecting dots… I then became a career coach for bureaucrats/ civil services for over a decade. Left my flourishing career at the peak, to take care of my children who needed me to be around. Having taken a break from hectic full time career, I had the time to pursue my passion for Art and community service. Did exhibitions, art therapy in hospitals and fundraisers around the globe - Australia, Singapore, the USA, Finland, South Korea, Dubai, India for organisations like Lifeline Australia, Women for Change Australia, Khushi foundation and many others. In this process, established myself as a professional Artist and was a Winner at the Local Business Awards 2024. I was also a Finalist at the Australian Small Business Champions Awards 2025. Passionately, did community service in whatever small way I could and was awarded by the Australian NSW Government for my work towards community service in 2022. Having taken the leap of faith, I have jumped into Talent Acquisition Industry as Founder of Jijivisha HR Solutions, relentlessly putting into practice the lifelong learning and moving towards my bigger goal of making positive impact. I am passionate about bringing more women into leadership position and supporting return to work after career break.
