About Kanani Dutro

Tenacious leader and passionate about learning new things. For more than 20 years, I have worked in customer service with an emphasis in Hospitality and Staffing. Having worked for 17 years in transportation with a focus on hospitality has given me the necessary experience to provide excellent service through quick solution-based thinking, effective problem solving, and an uncanny ability to adapt in all environments. It built the foundation for the leader I am today! In my most recent venture with PeopleReady as a Branch Manager I furthered my skill set by building unique client relationships that helped people and businesses strive through staffing! This solidified my passion for building trusted partnerships and providing top notch service. As I now embark on my return to the Hospitality industry through Island Partners as Program Manager, I am excited to build new relationships and provide top notch hospitality to our clients. If you catch me outside of work, I'm an avid beach goer - enjoy fishing and weekend camping trips with family - most recently I have found a love for traveling!
