With nearly 20 years of experience in hydrogen research, catalyst development, process engineering, medical devices, and product innovation, I have consistently delivered impactful results in high-performance teams and independent research. My career has been defined by tackling complex challenges, driving technological advancements, and providing innovative solutions. I began as a Process Engineering Design Engineer, managing multiple projects, performing design calculations, and creating process flow diagrams for commercial projects. My focus on building strong client relationships and delivering successful projects laid a strong foundation for my career. As a Senior Research and Development Engineer, I pioneered patented green hydrogen processes and implemented a platform that optimized resource management, leading to significant operational savings. I collaborated with teams, mentored junior scientists, and refined processes to drive innovation. During my PhD, I led research in catalyst development for methane activation, which resulted in six publications and a provisional patent. As a Teaching Assistant, I mentored students and developed experimental protocols that contributed to their success in chemical reaction engineering. As a Medical Device Product Engineer, I independently executed biennial sensor calibration projects, designed experiments, and analyzed data while adhering to strict quality control and regulatory standards. I also established a new laboratory for researching commercial processes, optimizing workflows, and delivering results in a high-performance environment. As a Hydrogen Research Scientist, I have continued to drive cutting-edge research in hydrogen technologies. I developed a Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA) toolkit for hydrogen blend pipeline projects and provided strategic guidance on hydrogen mitigation catalysts.
