Kandarp is a Social Entrepreneur & Innovator, IIM-A Alumni, Corporate Consultant & Trainer. Kandarp, Born in 60s, a curious mind housing in energetic body. Proverbial old-fashioned soul with progressive outlook towards life. Kandarp fondly known amongst his friends and colleagues as KB. He is a versatile personality wears many hats. He believes that “No Dream too big and No Distance too far” and “If you can see the future, you can build it” SCHOLASTIC PROFILE: Kandarp possesses chequered educational background, a basic degree in agriculture, Post-graduation in Business Administration and honorary doctorate for Medicine research from reputed American University. NON-SCHOLASTIC SIDE-VIEW- He is a keen sports enthusiast, a cricketer, table tennis player and yoga practioner. He was keen debater and drama artist and student union leader when he as a student. He is also learning the art of playing piano and table and aspire to be a professional musician. He is also into complementary therapy for healing. He is practicing Reiki Grand Master. He is an avid reader and believes that reading Bhagwad Geeta, Wings of Fire, Pride and Prejudice, The God of Small Things, Chanakya Neeti and My experiments with truth influenced a lot in his life. A PROFESSIONAL CONTOUR- Kandarp is having 40 years of diverse professional experience in Agrochemicals, Fertilizers, Specialty Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals at various hierarchical levels of management. He was professionally associated with large corporates like GSFC, Coromandel Indag Ltd, Gujarat Inject Ltd, Gujarat Carbon Ltd and GHCL. His last professional assignment was with Khatau Agrotech Ltd as COO. He initiated a new era of his social entrepreneurship by starting maxEEma in 1997 with special focus on offering better alternative to farmers for chemical pesticides and fertilizers for safety of human life. Previously gained diverse professional experience helped him in building maxEEma. maxEEma was established with a purpose of research and development of Organic and Environmental friendly solutions and Medicine research of mainly herbal origin medicine for hard-to-cure diseases. INTELLECTUAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS- High point in Kandarp’s career is section for National Excellence Award in 2003, presented by than President Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, for breakthrough innovation of world’s first ever cure of oral sub mucous fibrosis (OSMF) known as locked jaws, caused by excessive consumption Gutkha and pan-masala. Till date only medicine for OSMF, First and only in World.
