I am responsible for managing contracts, invoices, and payments, as well as resolving any issues or complaints that arise. I also identify new opportunities for expanding our customer base and increasing our revenue. I have a strong background in the medical field, with over seven years of experience in various roles, including registrar, administrative assistant, practice manager, and medical receptionist. I have developed a high level of proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems, as well as other software and tools for managing patient data, billing, scheduling, and reporting. I have also demonstrated my leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills by leading teams, training staff, and troubleshooting EMR issues.
