With over 25 years of work experience, I am a property and casualty licensed agent who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and support. I have a strong background in insurance, which helps me to understand and explain complex concepts and policies to customers. I enjoy working with diverse and talented colleagues, and contributing to the company's mission of protecting people from life's uncertainties. In my current role at Allstate, I investigate and resolve moderate to complex requests using the email customer service platform. I maintain reports and manage daily work condition based on business unit needs. I also conduct quality verification on all business processes, and identify trends and root cause analysis to address skills and service gaps. I have participated in and assisted with business meetings to internal and external business partners, and communicated effectively in the terminology and environment of the insurance industry. I have developed skills in attention to detail, customer support, and system and application testing.
