Kane is an experienced Managing Director/General Manager with strong commercial operating skills who is able to quickly ascertain business growth opportunities and create a platform to deliver on going success. Working across Australia/NZ and now Asia and the USA markets Kane has experience in leading new and existing businesses driving growth in operating margins, manufacturing, brand building and transformation, market share growth, customer retention and development plans and profitable supply chain management. In 2020 Kane personally led Annex Foods acquisition of USA granola brand Hammer & Tuffy's. Kane is also a regular contributor for insights in trading with Chinese customers for Austrade, the Victorian Government and Monash University's MBA program.Kane has extensive leadership experience in marketing and sales within large scale multi-national FMCG, leading grocery retail and a manufacturing SME in the food industry. Never satisfied with the status quo Kane is a passionate and composed team leader who has earned trust through investing time in developing team members to achieve new personal heights.Under Kane’s leadership a new consumer food business has been created incorporating new brands, supply chain partners, retailer partnerships and joint venture partners in Australia, USA and Asia. Kane offers consulting services to leading Australian/NZ retailers and FMCG manufacturers with a speciality in category marketing.Originally educated in business marketing Kane continues to pursue personal growth and development across a wide range of business disciplines and leadership skills.
