As a Baird Client Specialist, I passed the Series 7 and SIE exams. My responsibilities for the Blauw Malone Group revolve around providing the best possible financial services to both clients and the financial advisors with whom I work. I rely on my strong interpersonal, organizational, and operational skills to support clients by completing money movements, satisfying client management needs, and utilizing my computer programming skills to best communicate client information to the team. I graduated from Northwestern University with a Bachelor of Arts in Classics with a concentration in Latin, where I developed critical thinking, writing, and research skills. I also completed a Full-Stack Development Coding Bootcamp Certificate from Northwestern, where I learned web development skills, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, and MongoDB. I am passionate about combining my classical and coding knowledge to create innovative, strategic, and user-friendly solutions. My excellent customer service skills were honed while I worked as a Barista at Starbucks during COVID and for over three years, to defray college expenses. I not only created complex, handcrafted beverages, but I also handled sales transactions and organized products in a fast-paced environment. I also gained experience in the financial services and investment advisory industry, as I interned at Forest Asset Management, where I supported the firm's compliance and advisory responsibilities.
