I grew up playing and loving the game, so you can imagine my disappointment when, at 17 years of age, I realised that I wasn’t going to make it as a professional tennis player. So I became the next best (worst?) thing - a professional tennis umpire! Today, having put a memorable 10-year international career babysitting tennis pros behind me, I partner with senior leaders, helping them achieve strategic business goals through building change and communications capability while creating more meaningful experiences for people at work.
