I am a strong DevOps enthusiast and truly believe in the power of Engineering. My DevOps journey started with a simplistic automation idea that became a successful product for maintaining an IBM WebSphere Registry and Repository of SOAP based Web Services across multiple environments.This led to some more impactful ideas around simplifying the SDLC of SOAP based Web Services written in IBM DataPower and IBM integration Bus with the help of Jenkins, TeamCity, BitBucket, SonarQube; supported by Groovy and Python.In my current role; which is very close to my heart; I am defining how Continuous Integration should be performed using GitLab across the organisation.We are defining a catalog of Inner Source Templates for most used software engineering languages within the Bank. This is intended to promote re-use and standardisation across the organisation.Over the years, I have worked on a diverse technology stack and might have resolved a varied set of problem statements but what stands out for me is how I have evolved from a developer to an emerging people leader.I strive to keep growing as a leader maintaining the key skills - empathy, an open culture and transparency.Technical Skills- Core Java- IBM Websphere DataPower- IBM Integration Bus- XML, XSLT- Groovy, Python, Shell Scripting- Jenkins, TeamCity, Urban Code Deploy, GitLab- BitBucket, SVN
