About Kanika Joshi

I have more than 10 years of experience of working in IT and Telecom Industry. Having worked in various business processes, I was able to acquire a wide knowledge as to how a business process of an organization functions. During my span of work, I got the opportunity to contribute into processes like Finance, Billing, Sales Operations, Customer Data Management and Customer Service Experience etc. I also have worked as a member of administration team for a short span of 8 months in Japanese firms like Daihatsu Motors. It helped me understand Japanese work culture and life to a great extent. Being a graduate in English Literature, I am also certified as JLPT Level N3 and can communicate in Japanese language fairly well. I am currently looking for an employment opportunity wherein I could contribute to the organization by utilizing my knowledge and skill as an earnest employee.
