Hailing from a strong-willed defense family, Kanika embodies principles of resilience, integrity, and unwavering commitment to excellence. Before the above, Kanika brings over 20 years of rich experience with multinational organizations, specializing in Talent Acquisition, Assessment and Development Centers (AC/DC), Change Management, Organizational Development, Work Culture Transformation, Succession Planning, Employee Engagement, and Performance Management. Her expertise lies in designing, solutions, and implementing AC/DC projects during her tenure with leading consulting firms.
